Before we get started with the DIY Party Decoration roundup, I just want to say THANK YOU to all of my readers out there. There might not be many of you, but it makes me feel wonderful and proud to have my own little space, however small, in the crafting blogosphere. You can't have a party without balloons. This room filled to the brim with balloons just screams "party" to me. But filling balloons with helium can be kind of expensive.
